How it works

Our Quote to Approval Workflow

Referral

  • Complete CBR quote request form
  • Supply OT Brief and any specifications/plans
  • CBR to evaluate & confirm capacity
  • Confirmation will be sent by email

Site Visits

  • Site visit confirmed within 3-6 weeks
  • Site discussions and OT consultations
  • CBR to source pricing and submit quote timeframe 3-6 weeks

Approvals – major modifications

  • CBR must receive formal written approval from funding source and decision maker for payment.
  • Check Measure to be completed within one month
  • Contracts signed and deposits paid in Major Mods
  • Materials Ordered, Trades confirmed and Scheduled within 3-6 months of approval subject to change

Approvals – minor modifications

  • CBR must receive formal written approval from funding source and decision maker for payment.
  • Check Measure to be completed within 2-3 Weeks
  • Materials Ordered, Trades confirmed and scheduled – within 3-6 weeks of approval subject to change
  • All approvals are triaged for priority response case by case

NDIS Participant FAQs

When will my project start?

CBR Qld will ensure that they have everything they need to start your project, check measurements, check selections, order materials and organise trades when this is 100% certain and confirmed we will schedule the dates. We always communicate to all parties throughout the process to keep you upto date!

We are only permitted to carry out works as per the agreed quotation & major modification request originally submitted which has been approved. However, we can provide you with a quote for any additional works or upgrades to products and specifications that do not interfere with the modifications prescribed by your OT or Healthcare Professional.

Major modifications can take 3-4 weeks dependant on the scope of works being carried out.

CBR will explain this in their welcome letter at the point of approval!

Generally, the answer is yes. Essential daily activities are not prohibited by the works taking place. The work area will generally be out of bounds. At the check measure appointment our Builder will discuss this in detail with all parties involved.

CBR will update you on each phase of the works, we will let you know who is coming and when our office, field staff and trades will be letting you know in advance when they will be arriving, leaving, returning!
